Policy Statement on our Human Rights Strategy under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act

The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) has come into force in 2023. With the LkSG, the German legislator is setting new standards for corporate responsibility within the supply chains of German companies. Key points of the LkSG are the due diligence obligations that oblige companies to actively manage risks and minimize human rights and environmental risks.

Regular risk analyses help us to understand potential and current negative impacts and reduce them as part of our LkSG action planning. This process not only helps us to comply with legal requirements, but also strengthens our commitment to a sustainable and responsible future.

As part of the implementation of our due diligence obligations, we publish a policy statement in which we commit to human rights and environmental protection. In our policy statement, we describe how we implement our commitments in relation to our own business and our supply chain. We are committed to actively ensuring that our business practices are fair and environmentally friendly.
